The game started well for Gresford with a couple of early chances but the boys failed to register a goal for their efforts, but on the 12minute Gresford were awarded a penalty and Tomas Hughes slotted home with ease. The start got even better for the young lads and 5minutes later George Koumas got the second goal curtsey of a great through ball from Nathan Pugh. The game seemed to be dominated by Gresford, but on the stroke of half time, Borras got a goal to put the game closer than the play suggested.

The second half became a sloppy affair, but it was George Koumas who got the goal to secure the points on 58mnutes, he could of gone on to score a hatrick if he would of been a bit more selfish and not pass when he had more time than realised inside the box. Full time 3-1
