A game which was dominated in the first half by the lively Gresford team. Chances to score for Gresford throughout this sporting encounter, not finding the Brymbo keeper hard to beat. After the half time interval the game continued to be played at a blistering pace by Gresford and even a couple of forced changes due to injuries to Ioan Davies and goalkeeper Nick Underwood did not see any change in the relentless attack on the Brymbo goal, but to only find the Brymbo keeper in fine form again throughout the second half. during the final minutes Tomas Burgin sent a stunning volley towards the top corner of the Brymbo goal, only to see the keeper equal to his shot and tip it over the crossbar.
