As early as 21 mins Gresford went behind from a corner kick which should of easily been cleared, but some poor defending saw Sean davies open coedpoeth's account. On 31 mins gresford colts had a strong penalty appeal turned down, and then from the resulting corner kick, coedpoeth somehow cleared the ball off the line. 40minutes gone and another strong penalty turned down! Then just on the stroke of half time Iona Davies smashed against the post and George Koumas hit the rebound in from close range to make it 1-1. Second half was one way traffic once again! George Koumas getting his second of the game and looked to put Gresford on their way to register only their second win. On 70 mins Ryan Billington headed on to the crossbar, 85 minutes played and more attacks on the Coedpoeth goal and a rocket unleashed from Nathan Pugh, again seeing the crossbar rattle.
