Penycae at home our thirteenth game of the campaign so far unlucky for some you may say, especially with a somewhat depleted squad due to injuries etc. With notable absentees being Richie and Keano who I've heard were watching the Spice Girls yes the Spice Girls I'll leave that with the lads to deal with.

With the game only minutes old Penycae broke down our right and with a hopeful ball in, one of their players sneaked in to make in 1 - 0, not the best starts. However, we dug in and whilst we weren‘t at our best we clawed our way back with a goal from Chal direct from the corner, this created his best ever scoring sequence two in two games. Despite getting back into the game we couldn't consolidate and from another defensive lapse we left young Adam in goal with no chance for Penycae to make it 2 – 1.

Things could have been worse when the opposition were presented with another opportunity just on half time with them being denied by the feet of Adam with a good stop

From the re-start we appeared a little more composed, creating a number of half chances that we were unfortunate not to convert. With the introduction of Gaz Pugh at half time having an impact down the left hand side it wasn't long before a ball slid in from the left resulted in Broady levelling the game at 2 – 2. Again we failed to build on this and with yet another defensive mix up Penycae were allowed to take the lead yet again, and with time running out would there be any way back.

With time ticking away up stepped Gaz again to float a great ball back post which Matt out jumped everyone to equalise.

Overall disappointing, but we showed good character to come from behind on three occasions.
